Our Service

We place much importance on the quality of service that our guests

receive. From meeting you on arrival, to assisting you in obtaining ski

rental, having your ski passes ready for you or just showing you around

the village and giving you some tips on how to get the most out of your

stay, our experienced staff are always available to help out.

Before your trip we will help you plan all the important details, tailoring

your holiday to fit each of your needs and wishes.

Alternatively you may prefer to dine out by including in your package a selection of evening meals from a list of restaurants that have agreed to cater for our guests. These include Swiss, Italian and Asian cusine.

Should you chose not to sample our selected restaurants or benefit of our half board service,

in which case all of our apartments have their

own fully equiped kitchens at your disposal,

and our staff will be happy to recommend you

some "a la carte" restaurants.

Our Chalet Service has been devised to offer our guests maximum freedom and convenience, with a high standard of cuisine, allowing our guests to minimise their dining costs whilst in resort without sacrificing quality.

From fresh flowers on the table, chocolates on your pillow and Champagne in the fridge on arrival, our chalet staff pay great attention to detail providing a personal touch to your holiday and are always available to offer you insider tips on the resort.
