Our Terms and Conditions

We will ask you to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking within 10 days of accepting our offer with the full balance payable 6 weeks before your arrival.

In addition you will be liable for any damage to the property and we will ask you for your credit card

details on arrival by way of security.

Cancellation conditions:

Any loss incurred by us in the case of a cancellation will be charged at up to 50% of the full price booking other than in the case of a cancellation that occurs on or after the 60th day before the arrival date which will be charged in full. A loss occurs if we are unable to rent this property to another guest. We agree that we will put the property back on the market and will do our best in the case of a cancellation to rent the property to another guest if at all possible, so that no loss is incurred.
