The Zermatt Lodge

 LUXURY CATERED CHALET

This is our flagship chalet. It is probably the most luxurious chalet in Zermatt and is quite unique. A ten bed (5 double bedrooms) luxury attic lodge taking up the whole of the top floor (320 square meters) of a new chalet located near the centre of the village with a splendid Matterhorn vista. The Lodge also features a unique terrace jacuzzi hot-tub with a view of the famous mountain, its own sauna/steam bath, two wood fires, stylish interior design, computer with wireless broadband, home cinema and a full suite of services to match.

Every detail of the lodge has been carefully thought through and meticulously finished with wood ceilings and wood floors and stylish yet comfortable and cosy furniture giving a mysteriously warm feeling of old-world charm with crisp modern finish. Each bedroom has its own LCD flat screen TV with cable TV, and an en-suite bathroom featuring either a bath or a massage shower and is tastefully decorated and provided with a range of Elemis (the SPA specialists) toiletries. The master bedroom has its own fireplace.

The spacious living rooms boast a suspended wood fireplace, large plasma screen, fine furniture, balconies facing the Matterhorn with fantastic views, open plan kitchen with all modern fixtures and fittings and spacious dining room with a long table seating 12 comfortably.

The chalet features a number of wellness facilities including sauna/steam bath, hot-tub on the balcony, and massage showers.

Other features include a large LCD television with DVD/CD/Radio and computer, wireless broadband internet access in a "study" area, and cable TV. In the chalet you will find a selection of books and DVDs should you feel like relaxing at home during your stay as well as an extensive choice of fine wines and a well stocked bar.

The apartment is cleaned on a daily basis. Our guests can leave their shopping list with our staff each day or on the kitchen table and all products will be delivered to the chalet in the afternoon. A champagne reception awaits you on arrival. The wine and bar can be used on a self-service basis and will be included together with your shopping requests in your final bill at cost price. This chalet is catered by a professional chef who will serve you delicious chalet meals (breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner) cooked and served in the chalet, alternatively you may prefer our gourmet fine dining option for the ultimate culinary experience, or our external luxury catering service. The lodge may occasionally be rented without any dining services should you prefer to cook your self or dine out but please enquire for this.

For those guests that require simply the best of what Zermatt has to offer without having to research and organise everything directly, we offer an additional VIP package of services (please ask us for pricing and details) which includes everything you could possible need for your ski holiday so as to minimise any effort on your part.
